Services We Provide

MyMan Tech offers one-time IT support, including:

  • Remote troubleshooting and technical assistance

  • Computer diagnostics and speed optimization

  • Virus, malware, and security cleanup

  • Software setup and configuration

  • On-site repairs and hardware installation (by appointment only)

We may adjust, pause, or stop any service at our discretion.

Your Responsibilities

When requesting our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your device and issue

  • Own or have permission to service the device

  • Back up important data before service begins

  • Follow technician guidance during support sessions

  • Use our services lawfully and responsibly

  • Comply with applicable laws

You understand that technical work carries some risks and accept responsibility for keeping backups.

Payment Information

Service Fees

  • Services are charged per session or incident

  • Payment is due after the service is completed unless agreed otherwise

  • On-site work may require approval of labor, travel, and part fees before starting

Parts & Hardware

  • You may supply your own parts

  • If we provide parts, the cost includes the part plus a handling fee

  • Installed parts cannot be refunded

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If we cannot fix the issue, you do not pay

  • Completed services that successfully resolve the problem are non-refundable

  • Travel, on-site, and labor minimum fees are non-refundable once service begins

Service Limitations

While we work to fix all issues, we cannot guarantee:

  • Resolution of every technical or hardware problem

  • Recovery of lost files without prior backups

  • Compatibility with all devices, software, or networks

  • Error-free or uninterrupted service

Some issues may require physical repair, special parts, or outside services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyMan Tech is not responsible for:

  • Data loss, software errors, or hardware failures

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business interruption or lost profits

  • Actions taken based on advice or recommendations

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

Data Backup Notice

You are responsible for backing up all important files. While we take care to protect your data, technical work always carries risk.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, and materials on our website and services belong to MyMan Tech. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and safeguard your information.

Service Termination

We may suspend or end services immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Abusive, unsafe, or fraudulent behavior occurs

  • Continuing the service is unsafe or impractical

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolving issues through direct communication first. If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be handled by binding arbitration in Virginia, unless otherwise required by law.
