Refund Policy

Our Promise to You

At MyMan Tech, we believe in straightforward, risk-free IT support. You should only pay when real help is delivered — no pressure, no hidden catches.

No Fix, No Charge

This is how we operate.

If we are unable to resolve the issue you contacted us about, you will not be billed — or, if payment was already made, you will receive a full refund for that service.

When a Refund Applies

A full refund may be issued if:

  • Your issue could not be resolved by our technician

  • The service did not match what was agreed upon

  • A technical problem on our side prevented service

  • A billing or payment error occurred

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not issued if:

  • The issue was successfully resolved

  • The service was completed as approved

  • The issue requires physical repair or parts beyond remote support

  • Paid software or licenses are required (you will always be notified first)

  • The session ended due to customer unavailability or inactivity

  • Recommended steps required to fix the issue were declined

On-Site Service Policy

For in-person visits:

  • Labor charges are non-refundable once work begins

  • Installed parts are non-refundable

  • Travel and on-site fees are non-refundable

  • If no repair is possible, charges are limited to approved diagnostics or minimum labor (if applicable)

All work and pricing are confirmed before service starts.

30-Day Service Assurance

If the same issue returns within 30 days after service completion, we’ll address it again at no additional labor cost.

This does not cover:

  • New or unrelated problems

  • Issues caused by updates, new software, or hardware changes made after our service

Diagnostic Services

Diagnostic services are considered completed once the analysis is performed and results are provided.

A diagnostic fee may be refunded if:

  • The diagnostic process could not be completed

  • Results were not delivered as promised

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the service date

  • Email support@myman.tech

  • Include your name, service date, and a brief explanation

Requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargeback Policy

We strongly encourage contacting us first before filing a chargeback. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Additional processing fees
